Expectations during your session

I aim to create a relaxed, enjoyable session that results in natural meaningful images.

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrival may reduce the amount of shooting time available.
Sessions are calm and Child-led, with no pressure to pose or perform.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/ guardian during the photography session.
I cannot guarantee specific poses, expressions, or cooperation from children, but I will always do my best to capture genuine moments.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days before your session.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the cancellation of the session.
Travel within 5 miles of my location is included, an additional travel fee may incur but will always be discussed and agreed in advance.

I understand that life happens especially when it comes to children.

If you or your child are unwell, please do not attend the session. I would much rather we rescheduled than have anyone feel pressured to attend while sick.
Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
In the event that I need to reschedule due to illness, weather (outdoor sessions) or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
Deposits can be transferred to a new date but are non-refundable.
Once a session has taken place no refunds are offered due to dissatisfaction with expressions, cooperation of children or personal preference in photography style.

You will receive a private edited online gallery to view and download your images.
Galleries will be delivered within the agreed timeframes discussed when booking.
Online galleries are available for a limited time, so please ensure you download and back up your images.
Once the gallery has expired, retrieval of the images cannot be guaranteed.

All photography packages include a digital images delivered via an online gallery ONLY.
Packages can be upgraded if you wish to purchase additional images.
I am happy to organise prints, canvases or framed images along with other items for an additional cost.

Photos make beautiful keepsakes and meaningful gifts for family and loved ones.

Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions.

All images remain the copyright of the photographer.
Clients are able to download, print and share images for personal use.
Images must not be altered, edited, or used commercial purposes without written consent.

Safeguarding & Privacy.

I am DBS checked and take safeguarding seriously, particularly when photographing children and vulnerable adults, images will never be shared publicly without verbal or written consent.
If consent is given images will always be shared respectfully and appropriately.
Names, locations and identifying details will never be shared with images.
